Every time login to your accounts in the web by providing your username and password will be a repetitive and frastrating . To prevent this you can configure your mail server in your mail client.A Mail client is an application that is used to Read, Write and Send email. In simple terms it is the User Interface to the Mail System.The most important, section of the email client is the element that deals with the actual communication of email messages to and from an email server.
There are a lot of mail clients are available. Every client has with their enriched features and services.Even though some top and most widely using mail clients are as follows.Gmail ,Thundrbird, Appleiphone , opere , outlookmail , Aolmail and Windows live mail etc.
The
mail clints will be availbale for both web and mobile
platforms.According to your need you can configure your mail
server.For mobile email clients you can get it from android play
store or your OS Store based on your operating system.

ever we are discussing about email configuration details , the
primary primary concept is we should aware about SMTP & IMAP.
SMTP (Simple Mail
Transfer Protocol):
SMTP is protocol for mail
sending.It is responsible for sending the mail to the destination.
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol
(SMTP) is the standard protocol for sending emails across the
Internet.By default, the SMTP protocol works on following ports.

Imap

operation, and when new email arrives it will shows the new email in
the inbox.
Internet
Message Access Protocol(IMAP) is the standard protocol for Receiving
/ Read emails across the Internet.By default, the IMAP protocol
works on following ports.

Make
Sure IMAP Access is Enable State:

Note: Some times , Bydefault mail servers IMAP Access will be in
Disable state. In this case performing IMAP Configuration will not be
possible

Then we need to Enable IMAP Access. (Which will be available in Mail
Settings)

In case of Gmail we need to go to settings & Turn ON “ Allow
less secured Apps ”
